Siloam Post 29 of the Department of Arkansas and The American Legion is a 501(c)19 non-profit veterans service organization, incorporated in the State of Arkansas as a Domestic Non-Profit organization. Donations to our American Legion Post are deductible as charitable contributions on the donor’s federal income tax return, as defined in IRS Publications 3386 and 557.
Donations may be made by contacting one of the Post officers, or by mailing your contribution to PO Box 35, Siloam Springs, AR 72761. All donations received will be placed in the general operating fund unless specified for a specific program or purpose.
